Jiayou Shuttle — Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [insert date]

By booking with Jiayou Shuttle ("Jiayou," "we," "us"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them before confirming and paying for your booking.

1. How Your Booking Is Fulfilled

A. Jiayou-Fulfilled Bookings Some bookings are driven by Jiayou directly, or by a driver operating under Jiayou's own NSW Point to Point Booking Service Provider (BSP) authorisation. For these bookings, Jiayou is the responsible booking service provider and holds the primary duty of care for the safety of your trip.

B. Jiayou Network Bookings Some bookings — including certain airport transfers and day tours — are carried out by a driver or operator from the Jiayou Network rather than by us directly. Everyone in the Jiayou Network has earned our endorsement: the same Jiayou spirit, the same personality, the same standard you came here for. We wouldn't put our name on it otherwise.

2. Fare Estimates

All prices quoted (via WeChat, WhatsApp, email, or our website) are fare estimates based on the pickup/drop-off zones, vehicle type, and any add-ons (child seats, tolls, waiting time) discussed at the time of quoting. Final fares may vary if the trip details change (different pickup/drop-off address, extra stops, extended waiting time, or road closures).

For bookings carried out by Jiayou Shuttle, its Network Operators and Licensees, the fare may include both an Operator service fee (paid to the Operator) and a separate Jiayou service fee, itemised at the time of quoting.

3. Payment

4. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellations more than 7 days before the trip receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable Jiayou service fee. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 100% forfeiture, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — this policy does not limit any refund you're entitled to if the service itself is not delivered as described.

We understand travellers may face flight delays, visa issues, or other disruptions. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to reschedule, though an alternative time cannot always be guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

5. Child Seats

Booster and rear-facing child seats are available on request and subject to availability at the time of booking — please advise your seat requirement (and your child's age) when booking, as not all vehicles carry seats by default. Additional fees may apply.

6. Language

Jiayou's booking and coordination team communicates in English and Mandarin. For Jiayou-Fulfilled Bookings, driving staff may be English-speaking only unless a Mandarin-speaking driver is specifically requested and confirmed in advance. For bookings carried out by Jiayou Shuttle, its Network Operators and Licensees, language availability depends on the Operator and will be confirmed at the time of booking where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jiayou Shuttle and each Network Operator and Licensee is responsible for services provided by it, and has no liability for any other services.

Jiayou Shuttle, its Network Operators and Licensees, reserve the right to use the services of other approved passenger transport providers as required. These Operators are pre-qualified against the same standards we hold ourselves to — including authorisation, accreditation, and insurance, and a Jiayou spirit.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Safety & Compliance

Jiayou Shuttle is an Australian-registered business (ABN held, ASIC registered) and an authorised Booking Service Provider under the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner, as well as an approved Sydney Airport ground transport operator. We hold Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance for our booking and service. Where we work with Jiayou Shuttle, its Network Operators and Licensees, we pre-qualify the Operator's relevant authorisation, driver accreditation, and vehicle insurance before listing them.

9. Driver Obligations (Reference)

Drivers operating under Jiayou's own BSP authorisation are required to hold valid NSW passenger transport driver accreditation, maintain current commercial vehicle insurance, keep accurate trip records, and comply with all safety duties under the Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Act 2016 (NSW). Jiayou Shuttle's Network Operators and Licensees are separately responsible for meeting these obligations under their own authorisation.

10. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are asked to:

Jiayou Shuttle, its Network Operators and Licensees, may decline to carry a passenger, or end a trip early, where conduct poses a safety risk to the driver, other passengers, or the public.

11. Privacy

Information you provide when booking (name, contact details, flight details, itinerary preferences) is used only to coordinate your trip and communicate with you, and, where relevant, shared with Jiayou Shuttle's Network Operators and Licensees fulfilling your booking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Contact
